Zlatko Petkovic (Fat Zed) – drummer and msuic producerIndustrial, post punk duo 2 TOTEMS (aka Black Marine ft. FatZed) was founded in 2006 as a logical extension of their collaboration in the HC band the Scarps, in which Black Marine was a member of the group between 2006 – 2008. Duo deals with contemporary art music with a hint of sophisticated experimental and punk sound. Creating compositions for the duo, composer was inspired by the underground scene as well as the strong influence of punk.Significant concert they had in Kolarac Hall, in the Music Gallery in November 2012, and that same concert declared for a concert of the year 2012 by the internet journal PLASTELIN.2 TOTEMS performed on different occasions such as a Project “Plaza” (Beach) where they played at the Republic Square in Belgrade sponsored by Culture Centre in Belgrade, at the Festival Lasciar Vibrare 2013 in Belgrade, at the exhibition REPHOTO at the Culture Center Belgrade, Concert at Kolarac Foundation – Music Galery 2012 and 2014, at Jazz Bar Center in Belgrade 2014, at The Culture Center Krusevac at the “White Hall” in 2007, Festival “Days of composer Stanislav Binicki” in Krusevac 2006.2 TOTEMS was a guest on Radio Belgrade in a show Pop Karusel in 2012, and their music can be heard not only in their original country Serbia, but on different worldwide radio stations such as Artefaktor Radio in Mexico City, Radio Sombra in Los Angeles in show CONTACT! with Humberto, USA radio show What’s Next on WGDR/WGDH in Vermount by Jim Cross.As unusual and original duo, they were invited and present music in the most watched and most distinguished show that deals with classical music in Serbia “Sunday evening” with Mr. Dejan Djurovic at Radio Television of Serbia in 2013.So far they have one professional music video recorded and produced by Dandi Nesic for the composition “THE OTHERS” , and artistic music video for the composition “THE WALTZ” by Mar Glaz from Paris.
They had performed in July 2017 at DEMOFEST X in Banja Luka and got amazing feedback from the musicians and the audience there.
In March 2017, they covered a song “A Little Respect” by Erasure for UnMute compilation album which has been released on the 1st July 2017.
